Why choose fake plants

You don't always have the time or the predisposition to have a real plant at home, a solution can be the purchase of a fake plant, a solution to problems of space, light and budget. In order to survive, a plant needs a well-ventilated and sunny place, and houses or the arrangement of furnishings often make this impossible. Having, then, a real real plant also brings an additional cost, especially for medium-sized ones, in addition to the purchase there is also to consider the fertilizer and peat. Completely similar to the real ones if not for their composition, artificial plants are a perfect decorative element, so precise as to be mistaken for their own for real. This type of plant is ideal for those who have little time or don't want to dirty their home. Especially if you want to keep the rooms clean and without bad smells, these types of plants are the ideal solution. Not only are they easily washable, but they do not rot or soil with soil and leaves. They are the perfect solution for those with small children at home or pets.

The typologies

On the market there are fake plants of all types and sizes and colors. The various types can be divided into three large groups: the ornamental ones, the hanging ones and the flower ones. The first group includes furniture plants of varying sizes, which can be placed in the dining rooms, kitchen and living room. These are mostly large specimens that fill the space and give a touch of green. Ficus and Scindapsus are very suitable, varieties that have a very large leaf, a length that can exceed one meter in height and are characterized by their bright green color. The fake plants for furniture medium and small sized, they are perfect on shelves or as furnishings above furniture. In a very elegant and sober room, bonsai or a fern is perfect as a fake ornamental plant. For more modern furnishings, thin varieties such as Cyperus, or fatty varieties such as Agave are indicated.

In the second typology of fake plants there are those of the leaning type, perfect in kitchens or to furnish the bathroom. In a corner of the kitchen or above the hood you can put a fake Ivy plant to perhaps recall the rustic character of the kitchen, or a fake Philodendron plant.
